The crab Rangoons are straight cream cheese no crab or even imitation crab. The pork fried rice had no flavor and the general tso chicken was soggy. I had asked it to be extra spicy but there is no spice whatsoever. I wanted spare ribs as a side but they were out of it. If you want good Chinese I wouldn’t recommend this place. The restaurant was empty and uninviting. I will not give this place my money again.

There was a huge black hair cooked in our food. When we called the guy manager told us he wasn't refunding us. He said f&$# you and we weren't offered a new meal or a refund. Very poor customer service. He was so rude and disrespectful. The food was disgusting. It wasa huge long black hair cooked through crab Rangoon and our chicken fingers. Stomach turning. Do not eat here. They are not clean and will not fix any problems you encounter with their food. It's sad when a gas station bathroom looks cleaner then the inside of this place.

I ordered online,gave delivery instructions as I AM DISABLED.The driver left DOWNSTAIRS AND IN THE RAIN..I paid over $7 to get rain soaked food !!!!!The food was below standard so I won't be ordering again..I do not not recommend this place at all! Zero stars!!!I can not leave home is only reason for delivery..

I ordered delivery at this place, and in my 65 years of life it was the worst food in my life! Im surprised somebody hasnt notified the state food or health authorities.The food looked like it was laid out for about 2 to 3 days, and it had a strange foul odor. $50 waisted!Run away like hell from this place!

Well I order on average 3 nights per week receiving delivery. Today , 12/17/23, I called and ordered my regular,sweet and sour chicken with extras etc. When they didn't show up in 45 minutes and called to see what's up. The lady said I never even called. Yes, the exact same person I have ordered from 50 times! First order45 minutes gone/ then another full wait for my food so 1.5 hour wait. So for the final issue . NO S&S sauce and only 2 skimpy packets of duck sauce! I called and she said she'd be right back with S&S ,it's been 45 minutes ,I haven given up on their service. This restaraunt is dying as a business, they just don't know it yet. I am never giving them another penny of the close to $240.00 a month I have spent there over the last year.
I cannot love this place more! This has my favorite kinda of noodles and just tap my liking the crab magoons are great! I love the chicken wings and this place so great! It’s a little messy but if you see and mind you business on the customer side is honesty isn’t that bad and I’ve read these reviews and people just don’t know how to appreciate the Staff and how polite they are I’m very happy with my food so far and look forwards coming next time I get a break off!.

The manager at this location is very rude and not sympathetic towards her customers. We ordered shimp lo mein and she said no we did not. The website clearly says what we ordered. She refused to fix the issue and instead said I can pay more and order the correct meal that they screwed up on. I will not be ordering from this establishment seeing as the “MANAGER” wasn’t a very pleasant person and was yelling at me on the phone when I was trying to explain what we received.

Teriyaki chicken is the best in areaCkn finger r fresh and longFried rice is not great but fixableI recommend sesame ckn and curried any meat has ample veggies price is a bit high for OT but only game in town

Nice family that I assume owns the business however, this place is pure filthy and dirty. I don't like to write negatives reviews but walking in this place really would make you instantly turn around and walk away...
The food was eh... not the worst and not the best either. General Tso was tasteless. Chicken teriyaki full of fat and cartilage. Yuck!!! Just plain and boring food honestly..
