Absolutely ridiculous arguing with customers over the phone. All I'm trying to do is order a pizza and you guys should be providing information. Not arguing about your automated service!! If you're mad about that maybe Y'all should be the one speaking up to corporate!
Unbelievable!
1st time customer. Found the place to be quiet and clean. Had a community feel about the place (chalk wall added to that atmosphere) I commented that the place seemed MUCH cleaner than some other Dominos establishments I frequent. My spouse and myself had no issues with our pizza's and if we were in the mood and in the area we would stop by again.
Again I stress it seemed much cleaner than most competitors. No awful smell and the cooking/prep area behind the counter was an encouraging sight before ordering my meal.
Ordered a pizza with no green peppers and they teold me im not able to refund the item so I can go elsewhere

My first pizza I ordered bacon and onion with Alfredo sauce. It came with mushrooms on it. My second pizza looks like this after I asked them to replace it. I’m more disappointed than mad cuz this is BS.

This Dominoes is the worst place ever and the staff are soo rude!! Everytime I order from here I always have a problem with my order tonight I waited almost an hour for my order then when they do show up they forgot my soda so the driver said he would bring it right back mind you I live maybe 5 min away.. the driver never came back I called twice to ask where my soda was after waiting another 45 minutes!! The employee on the phone had the nerve to give me attitude saying he was busy so I told him to forget the soda and to refund my money back and he sarcastically said Done!! I also mentioned a mushroom on my pizza after specifically stating no mushrooms because of a mushroom Allergy and the employee hung up the phone..They should just close their doors and call it quits VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I got dinner tonight for my wife and I and she ordered the pasta. She barely got a scoops worth of pasta. The burn lines show that it barely filled the bottom. If I am paying for take out and not wanting to cook and spending 9$ for that and not even getting exactly what she ordered because they forgot her pineapple. I wanted to say it was understaffing but there was at least 7 employees in the store. Not cool at all
I received my delivery very fast but I guess that’s the price you pay for fast delivery when the pizza comes butchered into all different shapes and sizes this is very unprofessional and pizza tasted horrible as well will not be ordering from domino’s again.

What an aweful experience! I ordered online, rushed to the door when texted that the driver was pulling up, and they were not here. I called twice, speaking to a person, who first asked me to see if my order was left outside (in the snow?!) and later saying I wasn't there or the driver might have gone to the wrong door (I was at the door marked as the entrance, with the only shovelled path here. I did get a refund, although waa hung up on as soon as I asked for it, and the whole process took over an hour of my time. I have a disabled client who was really looking forward to pizza, too. I won't give this Domino's a second chance.
Addendum - After canceling, close to 1.5 hours after ordering, the driver showed up, trying to deliver the food.
