I ordered thru the ai answering machine instead of a person. I ordered buffalo wings cooked twice so they were not slimy. We'll they came slimy. I also ordered the chicken alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli. It came as chicken and alfredo and sauce. No mushrooms and broccoli. The only thing that came right in my order was the cinnamon bites. Im sure I got charged for the correct meal but delivered the wrong one. I also called the store after I made order because it doesn't give u extra cooking options thru the ai bot and told them I wanted the wings cooked twice. Not happy at this moment

I tried ordering online and got an error that told me to call the store. When I did at first i was hung up on, the second attempt i got some bot that was asking for my information and it could not seam to get it right whenever I told it the info. I was going to order pizzas for a party but i have now had so many bad experiences with this I'm done

This place must just hate me. Every order something goes wrong either non delivery/wrong items/missing items. Called tonight got a woman who didn't sound pleasant to start and when I reported the pizza came with no cheese just sauce+ toppings despite there being cheese on the order her tone just got worse. I get the service industry sucks most the time but dang don't put that attitude towards me, I'm a customer not an inconvenience.

Ordered a CHICKEN bacon ranch sandwich that came with maybe 3 small diced pieces of chicken I mean come on it’s in the name of the sandwich. $7 + delivery for light cheese and bacon on a bottom bun that was borderline burnt but top not toasted at all with enough topping to fill half the sandwich what a rip off

Absolutely ridiculous arguing with customers over the phone. All I'm trying to do is order a pizza and you guys should be providing information. Not arguing about your automated service!! If you're mad about that maybe Y'all should be the one speaking up to corporate!

1st time customer. Found the place to be quiet and clean. Had a community feel about the place (chalk wall added to that atmosphere) I commented that the place seemed MUCH cleaner than some other Dominos establishments I frequent. My spouse and myself had no issues with our pizza's and if we were in the mood and in the area we would stop by again.
Again I stress it seemed much cleaner than most competitors. No awful smell and the cooking/prep area behind the counter was an encouraging sight before ordering my meal.

My first pizza I ordered bacon and onion with Alfredo sauce. It came with mushrooms on it. My second pizza looks like this after I asked them to replace it. I’m more disappointed than mad cuz this is BS.

This Dominoes is the worst place ever and the staff are soo rude!! Everytime I order from here I always have a problem with my order tonight I waited almost an hour for my order then when they do show up they forgot my soda so the driver said he would bring it right back mind you I live maybe 5 min away.. the driver never came back I called twice to ask where my soda was after waiting another 45 minutes!! The employee on the phone had the nerve to give me attitude saying he was busy so I told him to forget the soda and to refund my money back and he sarcastically said Done!! I also mentioned a mushroom on my pizza after specifically stating no mushrooms because of a mushroom Allergy and the employee hung up the phone..They should just close their doors and call it quits VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
