Sat in the drive thru at 5 with a line and not a single person answered for over 20 mins. All of us were just driving away. I went inside, and was ignored. They started to take orders in drive thru FINALLY. Just to ignore me inside and never make my food and continued taking orders. I left without my food, i’m disgusted with the customer service and how i tried speaking to a lady and she ignored me. RUDE!

I just got the best and most perfectly crispy hash browns ever! Thank you to the peeps who were there around 540am! I wish I knew their names to thank them for being so nice and the awesome coffee and hashbrowns to start my day! This is my fav Dunkin they are the most consistent AND FRIENDLY in my opinion!

Sure, this store is clean and has the usual great Dunkin' products for sale. However, the bonus here is the great way they treat folks. I am visibly transgender. I visit with a dpecial needs client, often. 100% of the time, we are treated with kindness and respecy. Add ib that we have never had an incorrect order? A+ work! These folks are awesome!

An employee tonight maliciously kept bacon on my egg and cheese bagel. I ordered the $6 meal deal, and wanted my bagel WITHOUT bacon. I told him, just don't put it on when it's made, very simple and easy. I don't eat pork products. The employee told me that he couldn't do that and the bacon HAD to go on the sandwich. He said he HAD to enter is as a bacon, egg and cheese. So? Enter it as it in the computer but leave the bacon off? I have ordered this specific $6 meal a couple of times from the same DD, and no issues whatsoever. They just didn't put the bacon on my sandwich as I asked. I even told the man working that. After what felt like I was doing mental gymnastics with the employee during my order, I finally figured he understood and the order was fine. Turns out the sandwich was loaded with bacon when I arrived at my destination. This was quite obviously done on purpose. I won't be returning back here anytime soon. Shame on you.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, apparently you're SOL. And employee happily loaded my food with a dietary restriction of mine after I asked him not to.

Order extra shot of espresso in my drink. They gave extra shot of syrup and was told well this is what it said not espresso so deal. Not impressed especially when they had 8 staff working. Disappointed in how they treated me not in the fact the drink was wrong.

Most of the workers are very nice and the environment inside is very welcoming. The drinks are typically up to par, but on multiple occasions (more than 4) my partner or I have ordered food and it has been given to us cold and undercooked, inedible honestly... Today I ordered a sandwich and the packaging plastic for the cheese had been cooked into the sandwich. Unacceptable and unfortunately no longer worth my money.
