The man who greeted us, delivered out food to the table was the best part. He was a busy man and pleasant to everyone. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get breakfast. It stopped at 10.

Came here after work to chill with a friend, go to sit down and I see a literal ant infestation by my foot. Talked to a worker to let them know and the worked replied with “oh yup” and straight up did nothing for the whole hour I was there.

Everything is good here, only issue is the “Maintenance Lady” who comes in at 3AM with the black dodge van. Will knock on customer’s car windows and ask what their business is, puts high beams of her car on people too and almost hit someone’s car intentionally. Manager says that he sends her out to do security checks to customers and they won’t fire her since there’s no “maintenance person” to take her place. Lady has massive attitude (Karen). She also doesn’t like customers parking in the back because that’s her spot and puts cones by her car blocking spaces in the parking lot for her own use. Manager and Maintenance Lady are the issue.

Lemme just say ordering threw doordash is terrrrrible with them. Like what the hell is this....its supposed to be a Steak, Egg and Cheese Mcgriddle not A bagel. If you can't do the bloody order then get ahold of the person or cancel the order. I cant eat this and they should be ashamed. Also stop forgetting straws for the 20th time.

So tonight 1/14/2025 I get my order and my burger was not cooked it was still very raw on the inside and semi-cooked on the outside. This is highly unacceptable as a food service assistant General Manager and Firefighter myself this would disappoint me in my store if this ever happened. There is a reason why we require all our managers and crew members to be serve safe certified and obtaining physical certificates before they can work with food in our restaurant buisness. Normally I don't have an issue at this location but this is unsafe for someone to consume luckily I checked it before I ate it.
