Breakfast until 10:30? clearly not, i place a online order at 10:15 and they “can’t find my order” pregnant and hangry, definitely won’t be back to this location 😃

It's 2:05am 9/1 I wantedt9 9rder fo9d by way of the drive-thru. I explain to the woman that I cant see the menu to order food please clear the previous order so I can then see the menu. She claimed she tried but wasn't able to. Then told me to ccme inside, I explained to her I wasnt able to. She then said pull up to the window. I asked her what good would that do, does she have a menu. She said no and I asked for her manager. She stated she was the manager. I asked for her name she said Jasmine. So ok I pulled up to the window as she requested, she wasn't there. I backed up to the menu board and what do you know the menu screen is there. AI asked her what game are we playing. She told me to come to the window and she's not there. Her reply was I have other customers that's in the store . I had to tell her it's a 1st come 1st serve. If you started with me everyone else has to wait until you finish with me After going through all of that I told her how poor her customer service was. Especially if she's was the manager so clueless on how clear a previous order from a screen. Who's training the staff? Finally, I gave up pulled over to fill out this survey. These i95 Alltown McDonald's locations charge alot for the same food as other locations so everyone expects top notch service.Today definitely wasn't one of day. I'm very disappointed. She gets ½star.

Is it just me or does the food taste so much worse than it was when we were kids. And why is it so expensive? You can get a cheaper dinner that's tastes so much better at a sit down restaurant.
The manager during my experience, Kaleb Mudgett, made my experience so much better here. Always super welcoming when I come in, and also happy to serve anybody with a smile, and the small talk is nice too. Feels really homey. Give that man a Raise!

Poor service with staff who couldn't care less with attitude fast food fast attitude and next time we eat in Bangor so don't waste money on poor service

We have a family of 10 and they got everything right! Most other McDonalds always get something wrong and take forever but the food here came out in minutes.
Overpriced mystery meat.
Rude and unhelpful. Didn’t refund missing items on the card: they want me to return to the store to get the items another time. However, I am NEVER here. I only stopped for an appointment. I simply won’t be back to get them. Overall, it was a shit show and I am mad as I was charged more because they didn’t have a certain item ( had to get individual cookies instead of simply just a tote) which doubled the price. THEN to not even get the cookies I ordered after all of that. And because my card wasn’t physically there they couldn’t do a refund. Seriously? Just frustrated and unsatisfied.

The man who greeted us, delivered out food to the table was the best part. He was a busy man and pleasant to everyone. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get breakfast. It stopped at 10.

Came here after work to chill with a friend, go to sit down and I see a literal ant infestation by my foot. Talked to a worker to let them know and the worked replied with “oh yup” and straight up did nothing for the whole hour I was there.
Everything is good here, only issue is the “Maintenance Lady” who comes in at 3AM with the black dodge van. Will knock on customer’s car windows and ask what their business is, puts high beams of her car on people too and almost hit someone’s car intentionally. Manager says that he sends her out to do security checks to customers and they won’t fire her since there’s no “maintenance person” to take her place. Lady has massive attitude (Karen). She also doesn’t like customers parking in the back because that’s her spot and puts cones by her car blocking spaces in the parking lot for her own use. Manager and Maintenance Lady are the issue.
Employee wasn’t answering me when asked a question waited almost an hr for my DoorDash order
Ordered a large fry and it came maybe at best 2/3 full.
