We had an amazing experience with Trish's Pie Bakery. We placed a large order of 40 pies to deliver to referring dentist offices as gifts. Trish was so easy to work with and her pies looked/tasted great! We would highly recommend her pies!
I purchased one of the raspberry tart pies, it was absolutely amazing. The crust is dense with a nice flaky outside layer but melts in your mouth. The filling was very natural and flavorful, a beautiful balance of sweet and tart. I'm glad we were just visiting the area, because I'd go broke if I lived any closer.
Can you die from too much yummy goodness? Well, if ya can Trish's Pies & scones are THE way to do it! Oh my, such amazing, flaky, flavorful baked goods! Thanks Trish for helping me "die" with a huge blueberry smile on my face!
