Do not go on a Saturday night. Staff ignores everyone coming in. Zero communication or guest service. Should have left when we saw others walk out in front of us.
Someone offered to sit us two different times but seemed like he could not care less. Half cleaned up bar area and left dirty glasses.

This place is so terrible. It was a Saturday night and busy, completely understandable. I have no issues waiting. The hostess did a great job of getting us a table quickly. So that was the one positive. The waiter was the issue. We were sat and he immediately comes over and angrily asks “what do you want”. We ordered our martinis and then watched him storm off. Very weird. During the time spent waiting, we watched him have very normal interactions with many other tables. Sat right next to the window so we could see him inside laughing, refilling waters, etc. At 40 minutes, we still hadn’t gotten our drinks, the waiter never came to check on us, and our waters were empty. So we left. Can’t really comment on the food/drinks as we didn’t get to try it, but won’t be coming back.

The espresso Martini and the Salted Caramel Martini were divine! The desserts are also to die for. During my visit, my partner and I shared the creme brulee and the chocolate tart with berries - they were light but decadent and paired perfectly with our martinis!
Go with the kids. No kidding. This is THE place to go in Portland if you are craving something sweet, particularly Creme Brulee. We had three. We couldn't resist. The best we have had ever. There is a full bar with plenty of sweet specialty drinks, as well as your standard desserts. There is a very chic indoor eating area as well as a back patio where we sat with the kids. It is also located in a perfect location and is convenient to many great sights, shopping, and restaurants. The server was so sweet to the kids. Great service.

Wooooooooooow! Hands down THE BEST BAR I'VE EVER BEEN TO, EVER! And that's saying a lot being from NYC. I met the FRIENDLIEST staff: to the point where i felt like i was in a real life scene of the show cheers( where everybody knows your name) . I honestly felt like I met some wholsome, genuinely nice people who I want to hang out with again!... the vibe and drinks were phenomenal! Please sit at the bar and see Jim and/ or Abby... and let them make you the most DELICIOUS DRINK I THINK THAT COULD EVER EXIST. I had the chocolate caramel and it literally tasted like dessert. It had the perfect balance of flavors. It was so well excuted and not heavily reliant on JUST sugar to get you hooked but you can taste the effort and talent of the art of mixology. I'm EXTREMELY picky about my drinks and I'm hard to satisfy and they got me hooked! I just wish I lived in Portland Maine! Thanks guys, you ROCK! The vibe is so chill and homey! I really felt like I met my crew! :)
