I want to marry whoever came up with the duck bacon potstickers.

The lobster roll flight was just the right amount of food to sample the three varieties offered. The food was delicious and complimented wonderfully by the choice of beer offered by the brewery where the the food truck was located. Great food, drink and vibes in Portland.

One of the best meals I've probably ever had. We got the lobster flight, grilled cheese with lobster, red hot, and pretzel. The lobster roll with hot butter is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Its juicy and incredibly tender. The pretzel is cooked well and soft but still bready as a pretzel should be and the beer cheese is thick and creamy! Thr lobster grilled cheese is super cheesey with a nice bit of lobster with it. The red hot was one of the most unique hot dogs I've had and in a good way! The roll is crisp and the hot dog gives a good snap when you bite it with a fantastic and fresh flavor. This alongside sitting in Allagash beer garden having their amazing beers is truely a blissful experience

A lobster roll in the summer next to the crisp Atlantic Ocean air☀️🦞 is there anything more iconic as far as New England meals go?
Most likely not.
In the quest to find the best lobster rolls in NE, we stumbled upon this place. Of course being located in Maine (as is their namesake) there is a lot of reputation to live up to, one that MA and NH seem to not be burdened with. Anywho, you can skip any other state. Head straight to Maine and any of their 3 locations where they are serving up the BEST lobster rolls hands down. It was quite a drive from North Boston but it was easily worth it! The flight does not disappoint and the quality was very consistent throughout all 3 locations. 10/10 will definitely be visiting again 👌🏾

Had lobster rolls from several establishments on my trip to Maine and Bite into Maine was the best. Recommend trying the flight to sample different styles. I was surprised to discover I liked the Maine version the best. The potato salad is also really good.

Connecticut roll wasn't hot. The lobster however was delicious as was the split bun. Maine style was dressed lightly and quite good

Trying a lobster roll in Maine was a must for the last year. Of course there are many restaurants offering this delicious cuisine. It was between a couple places but I decided with Bite into Maine due to the location. I flew to Maine for a day trip just to eat a delicious lobster roll with my view of a lighthouse and the beautiful water. I will definitely be back. The food AND service was exceptional. Thanks for the kind welcome!

Being an out of towner, I looked at the reviews of the food truck; I quickly assumed it was rated so high because it was the only game in town at the lighthouse we were visiting. Boy was I wrong!!! It was only the second lobster roll I had on my road trip through New England and it was THE best one I had out of about 10 different ones I tried from Connecticut to Maine. Not only was it an outstanding lobster roll but I needed a gluten free option...again OUTSTANDING! Even the take on the coleslaw was fabulous. Wish we lived closer because we'd be there once a week for sure! Well done Bite into Maine!!!
