The lobster roll flight was just the right amount of food to sample the three varieties offered. The food was delicious and complimented wonderfully by the choice of beer offered by the brewery where the the food truck was located. Great food, drink and vibes in Portland.
One of the best meals I've probably ever had. We got the lobster flight, grilled cheese with lobster, red hot, and pretzel. The lobster roll with hot butter is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Its juicy and incredibly tender. The pretzel is cooked well and soft but still bready as a pretzel should be and the beer cheese is thick and creamy!
