This branch doesn't seem as busy as the one we went to in Florida, or perhaps even as busy as this location used to be. That includes the gas pumps as well. I guess that is good for me but maybe not so good for them. Otherwise the store is very similar to what I am used to as far as selection and service. Decided to get out of the house and do a little shopping at BJs. We needed a few things and have found the BJs doesn't have a long lines. Anyway, I needed a propane tank conifer and some deli products. I was able to find everything I needed and even picked up a couple of items I didn't think I needed. You know how that goes. Enjoy!

Over the last year I have found many items at the Portland, ME BJ's are a different price than marked when they are rung up at the register. Each time I have seen this, I call for help and a supervisor comes by. Every time I have been told "it's a mistake" and then am given a credit for the difference. It always just says "credit" on the receipt and it doesn't say for what. The mistakes always go in one direction....up.
