had been at table for 1 hour and server said after we paid our bill (5 minutes ago) “not to be rude but we have people waiting” i have never heard had a server be so rude and we really hadn’t been here long at all made me super uncomfortable and ruined my experience

I have been to Bramhall several times, and my experience there has always been the same: the atmosphere is more than satisfactory, the drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, however the service is truly appalling.

Love the vibe, drinks and service here. Food was ok but too salty.

What a cool spot! Dark and funky! Really interesting cocktails. They were serving breakfast for dinner, and the omelettes were one of the the best meals we had on our Maine road trip.

their menu is messed up, online it's something else, and in person is something else

they only had smash burger when i went, as of sep '25, and it's 20 dollars and definitely not worth it.

water keeps dripping on your food if you choose wrong table from the condesation of pipes in the ceiling.

you can see spider webs to the walls and mirrors, not hygience place.

Went in to Bramhall tonight for an industry event. Was really looking forward to the eveing. What I wasn’t expecting was the $93 bill for two once ounce pours of Heaven Hill and the one Tequilla cocktail. Absolutely ridiculous. And the cocktail didn’t wvwn taste like it had any alcohol in it. Will NEVER go back there. Have heard rumblings of this place closing… Good. Feels like they’re trying to screw the public to make as much money as they can before the doors permanently close. Do NOT go to Bramhall unless you want to just throw money away.

To say disappointed is an understatement. We were seated immediately (party of 2), it wasn’t busy. The person who sat us was our server. When asked what we would like to drink, we informed him we were ready to order both food and drinks. He asked us to choose one because it was too much to remember both our food and drink orders. When our drinks arrived, we patiently waited to order our food, but no one ever came to take our orders. We ended up going elsewhere to get food.
