A friendly place with tons of character. The building is unique, has a lot of history and features artwork celebrating many of the customers who have been there over the years. I just started going there recently and always feel welcome and treated like family. The drinks are super affordable, the ice cream shots are worth making a trip for! The brass rail is the place to go if you’re looking for a dive bar in Portland, Melissa is the best bar tender I’ve ever encountered!! Cheap drinks and there is always someone to play pool with! I’ll definitely be back
I celebrated my 21st birthday here. I will celebrate my 48th frank the owner, Shelly, his daughter, Stevie, Bob, and Rhonda….. these people were like family to me. I can’t wait to see you in just a couple days.
