Mazzat is a great little Portland spot for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern comfort food. There’s plenty to choose from between shawarma, kebabs, gyros, falafel, hummus, and other sides, and the whole experience is really casual and straightforward. The portions are solid and it’s definitely worth checking out when you want something flavorful without spending all night at dinner.
