First time wine tasting and trying wines made in Maine. I found Cellardoor Winery via Yelp. My husband and I decided to give it a try. The service was great! Emily eagerly explained their wine and grape process. Very impressed by the 2 red wines they produce, that we tried. Well made & balanced. Presented at a reasonable point in a nice atmosphere.They have a handful of both red and white. They also offer bubbly! And they offered a (small) range of meats, cheeses (and chocolate truffles). And swag.

Stopped into Cellardoor Winery this weekend on a whim and split a wine tasting with my boyfriend. I absolutely loved the wine, so we ended up taking home a case of their Merlot. Leaving this review because I’m drinking it now and it’s SO GOOD! I’ll be making a trip back to Portland for more once I run out. This is a must try spot!
