CERA Reviews
I had the Peaches the Pig sandwich. Best. Sandwich. Ever. It was the type of sandwich that makes you want to dance a little after every bite. Slightly sweet, a little spicy, a whole lot of amazing.
But…Good luck picking just one thing. Everything on the menu looked amazing.
we split 2 sandwichs and peruvian slaw. ( Korean beef wrap and fried chicken on scali roll.) it was all very delicious. I especially loved the wrap but both of the other items were well executed. will definitely return and highly recommend. service and facility pleasant. thank you.

CERA Sandwiches is a fantastic sandwich shop that is committed to ethical and sustainable business practices. The restaurant is working towards a B-Corp certification, which means they hold themselves to high standards when it comes to social and environmental responsibility. CERA not only crafts delicious artisanal sandwiches, but they also donate a portion of their proceeds to saving the bees.
The menu at CERA is diverse, with options ranging from sandwiches and salads to fountain drinks, including a popular blood orange lemonade and honey lemonade. The owners and staff are dedicated to using high-quality, fresh ingredients, and they even make their own kewpie mayo for their most popular sandwich, the Nashville Samurai, a Japanese-inspired fried chicken creation.
Customers have raved about the distinct and flavorful elements in each dish, with favorites including the Indonesian Seoul Food sandwich, the Mercados salad, the Kaldera salad, the Turks & Chaos sandwich, and the Marakesh Express. The restaurant also offers a Mushroom Of Course sandwich, featuring a portobello schnitzel, for non-meat-eaters. Some dishes bring bold spice, while others like the chicken sandwich are simply really good. The cozy, bee-themed decor and comfortable wooden booths add to the overall dining experience. Service is friendly and fast, making it a great lunch spot.
