This place is great. Consistency is so important in running a restaurant and I can say after about ten trips to this restaurant, it never misses. Standouts include their egglplant, shrimp with rice, flan, and scallops. I also love that they have alcoholic drinks that do not feel like an afterthought. and best of all, the service is wonderful. The nicest people. I especially love Misao, who greeted us with a huge smile the other night.
I had high hopes for this place because of all the good reviews, but I was underwhelmed. There was a really nice curried bean dish that was very special and interesting. But most things were surprisingly uninteresting. I ordered “fresh lseasonal vegetables” and it was literally green beans and carrots. I think there are better viet and Thai options in town.
Parking space available with minimum 2 hours/$16 - within walking distance to the restaurant. We came at dinner time, on a weekday so it was not crowded. However, some reviews mentioned that booking ahead was advisable; we called and ask but we had no problem of waiting. Food was average and was adapted for non-Vietnamese, imho. Service was okay.
