This Dunkin' Donuts on St. John Street is like a hit or miss. Some of the employees, particularly the teenagers need proper training on how to greet customers. It's not about just asking, "What do you want?" but about showing politeness with phrases like, "May I help you?" or "May I take your order?" Additionally, they don’t seem to know how to make drinks properly. It's really hit or miss—you have to go there at the right time...

Ignore the air of desperation which suffuses the area. It's a symptom of venture capitalism.
The store and location are quite nice. Early morning staff stir the drinks properly and remember the bacon.

Vegetarian options: There's no sausage in the coffee and they've got all of the milk and cream alternatives you want.

Dietary restrictions: Why would you be at Dunkin' if you were on a diet in the first place ? Really now...

Parking: Plenty.

Kid-friendliness: Very patient service for kids who aren't stuck on tech so hard that they can't look up. If you have the iPad kid you'll be surprised how fast they come...
