After stopping at the Dunkin in S. Portland tonight that was closed, I made my way over to this location and was pleasantly surprised to see two happy employees ready to help me and my coffee experience, Maggie is an excellent supervisor and deserves a raise!

I tried to use my points today to buy some hash browns and the manager said she couldn't accept them I showed her I converted them and she still wouldn't take them, she then tried to help me by taking my phone and converting more of said point. I had 3000 points and now I have 2100 thats 900 points she converted and I still didn't get any of tge items I converted.

The pleasant young man wearing the protective medical mask who helped me today delivered some of the most brilliant and kind customer service that I have ever experienced in a Dunkin' donuts. He was articulate, nice, attentive, clearly listened to what I ordered even though it was a bit complicated, and made the order perfectly. I did not catch his name unfortunately. The iced cold brew that I ordered was refreshing but nowhere near as refreshing as that young man's...
