Every damn thing at both George and Leon's restaurant and George's North Shore food truck is incredible. The staff are helpful, efficient, and all around lovely people. The food? It's the stuff delicious, meaty dreams are made of. G&L's also has an excellent bar program! I was lucky enough to be able to try one of George's sandwiches as part of a recent yelp elite event and they were so good that I brought my husband back two days later so that he could try it as well. I cannot get over how delicious and rare and perfectly cooked the roast beef is and yes still soft enough that you can bite through the whole sandwich and you're not tearing at me And ending up with a mess all over your face. I’m from Lynn, MA home of the roast beef sandwich. I like mine MURDERED. This place brings back memories of growing up in Lynn and Kelly’s Roast Beef at Revere Beach! Thanks for the memories but PLEASE BRING THE FOOD TRUCK BACK TO EAST END BEACH!
