as a southern transplant who misses Waffle House with her entire heart, Hot Suppa is my Maine fix for the same type of waffle. Hot Suppa being an extremely elevated upscale version compared to Waffle House itself, of course.
Such an amazing little spot. Cozy small restaurant with amazing food and great drinks. Some of the best Eggs Benedict I've ever tried, and the sausage gravy over biscuits were amazing as well. All of the wait staff were very kind as well! Can't wait to get back here.
i have not had breakfast this good in a while!!! it was great everything was perfect. We were treated with so much respect. Can not wait t o be back. Great first impression of Maine and the people here.
