It is not often that I have a chance to attend a strictly kosher wedding at a venue in Portland, Maine. I went to such a wedding last night at the Italian Heritage Center and it was fabulous! It was a multi-faceted event and included 400 guests. Everything came off without a hitch as far as the guests could see, but I am sure that it was much more difficult for those behind the scenes.
