TIQA is a great Portland spot with a stylish but still relaxed atmosphere. The Mediterranean-inspired menu has a lot of variety, the food is flavorful, and the space works well for everything from a casual meal to a nicer dinner out. It’s also a solid place to meet up with friends for drinks, and the location makes it an easy stop if you’re downtown.
