The lobsters were delivered when promised and were still frozen which was great. The taste and presentation were impeccable however I think one of the lobsters had issues during the processing as most of the top shell was crushed and half of it was soft and disnt really present well at the table. I did my best to salvage it and think I did all right. I don't know anything about lobsters and am thinking that one was kinda like other shell fish as they transition from hardshell...read full review
Outstanding lobster! We just finished ours and although I haven't lived in Maine in almost 25yrs I thought I was back there. This is our second order from GML and it won't be our last.
