TL;DR: Fast delivery. Lobsters look great. Dismissive lady at the phone.

Solid experience with Get Maine Lobster! I stumbled across them on Whatnot and ended up filling a box with lobster meat (to make lobster rolls), lobster mac&cheese, crab cakes, clam chowder, shrimp, scallops, and steak! Yeah, I bought way more than expected... but, everything arrived as promised and since I made lobster rolls last night I can tell you that the quality is GREAT! I will definitely buy from Mark and his team again.

Get Maine Lobster is a restaurant that offers a variety of seafood products, particularly their flash-frozen lobster meat for making lobster rolls. Customers have generally been satisfied with the quality and taste of the lobster, describing it as "tasty and fresh." The packaging and delivery process have also been praised, with the lobster arriving frozen and properly packaged. Many customers appreciate the high quality of their seafood compared to other dealers, with some stating that Get Maine Lobster is superior and that they have never received dead lobsters from this company.
However, some customers have experienced issues with the ordering and delivery process, especially during the holiday season. There have been instances of delayed communication and rescheduled deliveries, which caused stress and uncertainty. One customer was disappointed to receive lobster tails that were completely defrosted, sometimes mushy, which was not expected. Others noted that the lobster needs to be eaten the day it arrives, which does not fit their plans. There was also a concern about receiving a product from a location other than Maine, raising questions about freshness.
Despite these challenges, the majority of customers have had a positive experience with Get Maine Lobster. One customer even mentioned that the lobster rolls received as a gift "far exceeded expectations." The restaurant has a strong reputation for providing high-quality seafood, making it possible for people across the country to enjoy Maine-style lobster rolls. The company continues to work on addressing issues and maintaining its reputation for quality seafood products.
