Their app is horrible. Go to pick up and they make it after you show up. Then there's a good chance it's wrong. Like my #9 made mikes way with pepper relish. All that was on it was a lot of mayonnaise. Which I can't stand. Threw it in the trash and went somewhere else to get lunch.

Second time we ordered on line and order was not ready. Had to give staff order number. Wasn’t busy but waited for order to be prepared. Attempted to charge a second time.
Salad bowl put in bag on side and contents leaked out by the time we got home. Everything wet and salad all slid to side in bowl.

I hope a member of management or corperate sees this. The young man working the grill on 12/30 around 4:23 pm was the best. He was busy yet still took the time to greet me and let me know he was working on my pickup order. He made my order correctly and double checked that it was so. He has restored my faith in this chain and made me want to come back for the level of service, Politeness and he even took the time to tell me to have a great new year.
