She kept saying they had reservations coming in (and there were several empty tables)\nShe served us drinks, but the third round, she ignored my request and brought us the check instead. Ok, so we moved to the bar and the bartender refused to serve me! First of all, I wasn’t drunk....
Tour guide suggested J's Oyster as well as a few other places for seafood. We opted for J's Oyster and enjoyed a delicious lunch. My lobster roll was loaded with sweet lobster meat. I asked for melted butter, no problem. My husband had a plate of mussels. Served with bread, the broth was out of this world! The mussels from just around the bend, in a cove close by. Great place! Got 2 dozen oysters, mixed seafood pasta and shrimp pasta. About $200+. Visit my Alaskan lodge and rent a cabin at Gwin’s Lodge Cooper Landing Alaska. Pre-Statehood and restaurant and bar. Kenai Peninsula just south of Anchorage 2 hrs.
