We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly, great customer service, and great drinks. Guac and chips was pretty good, but the way the food was brought to us was super weird. Came out as it was ready rather than all at once. Felt like it was thrown at us. Food wasn’t very hot either. Tostadas were good but the tacos were mediocre at best. The brisket one was way too spicy and impossible to eat

Great ambience. Drinks were great. Food was yummy, portion size was a little thin in my opinion.
We came in at 11 but their food menu was not open until 1130 so we ordered drinks and waited. The server did swing by took our order around 1135. The place quickly filled up around that time.
There was a goof up on our bill when the girl charged us $135 instead of $63, but she apologized and rectified the error once I bought it to her attention.

Restrooms were top notch!

Arrived to meet some friends who were sitting at the “Executive Table” which was the only table with lights. Half the table received their drinks which almost seemed immediately before our arrival, and no one came by to get a drink order or to see how we were doing for what felt like 45 minutes. The bartender, waiter/waitress(es) gave glares, looked angry, and proceeded to ignore the table of any contact whatsoever. The waitress was “called in” and hadn’t been in the establishment for quote “3 months” I wonder why. She was told to “figure it out” and gave us a half-assed service. Granted she went in blind and we felt bad for her, give her more respect and guidance so she can better perform her job effectively instead of the management telling her to “figure it out” that is YOUR job. Anyways… the food was alright, had little to no flavor, I got the chicken tostada and only tasted the beans and the water as a beverage was lukewarm. The service was honestly horrid and needs a rework on management and staff. Do better, please!

We had a group of 6 come in and they took an order for half of our drinks and didn’t take the 3 others. We were then ignored for over an hour. We tried to get their attention and was still ignored. We eventually got served. The 6 servings of food came out separately anywhere from 10-30 minutes apart. The food was good but the service was terrible.

My friends and I came here on a whim and I was genuinely unimpressed with the customer service. We were not acknowledged at all until a girl that was called in by the GM to help came in and immediately came to the table to help us and took our order. The atmosphere was not welcoming and felt extremely pretentious. ESPECIALLY the girl in the red overalls at the bar.

My friends and I won’t be back.

The girl that came in to help. Give her a raise and a bonus.

Everyone else you can do without.

Came in at 11 half of us got our drinks with in 3 minutes the other half of us were not served until 1134. New waitress comes in to work to help out, asks lady at the bar where she can help. Lady in maroon overalls working bar: "figure it out". Anyway the lady who hasn't worked her for 3 months comes over and takes care of us. She was fantastic but everyone else forgot we existed. Finally got our food order in by 12 and Bill paid by 1210. It's okay lady I wouldn't want to work there for 3 months if "figure it out" is how I was greeted when I came in to help.

The food was very good, but portion sizes were pretty lacking. The biggest issue was the service; it took them over an hour just to have our order taken. I get being understaffed, but walking past us multiple times without even acknowledging us isn’t professional.

The person that came in to work and was promptly told to “figure it out” when she asked where she was needed was the only saving grace to the experience. God bless her and I hope she is treated better in the future.
