We sat at the chef's bar to watch the kitchen action and opted to pick out 4 vegetarian options from the menu. The portions were generous for 2 people. If you are a big eater and like to take home leftovers, you can choose the Chef's tasting menu, because it is difficult to choose from all the menu options. Evo was recommended to us by friends. My husband and I had our first dining experience there about two months ago. We ordered the chef's tasting menu, and we were blown away! Atmosphere was excellent with good music and great vibes. Every course was fantastic -- a treat to eat! The plating was beautiful and overall, Evo provided us a stellar date night dining experience. We can't wait to go back!
