Saw this place listed on Instagram as one of the 5 best places to eat in Portland, and after eating there, I think they were right. We stopped in town on a cruise and we taxied over for lunch. We ordered the Lobster Bao Buns, The Pork Dumplings and the Lobster Ramen. Each one was out of this world. The Lobster Bao Buns were so good, we ordered two more for dessert, lol. We had a wonderful server (sadly I never asked his name), but service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very...
I am concerned about the future of this restaurant. Last time I got Togo, my wife and I ordered the same item, as we have many times before, and were given a much smaller portion of protein in our Ramen, along with some poorly cut veggies and far too many and large leaf mustard cuttings. It appears that the quality is slipping at least, and possibly shifting the quantity of the ingredients to the cheaper ones to squeeze out further profits.

My father and I got the pork ramen and were rather disappointed in what we received. This restaurant came highly recommended from multiple websites. Our broth was barely warm and the pork belly was cold. They had clearly cooked the pork previously and placed it in a fridge, and then put the fridge cold pork right into the soup and served it directly to us without heating it up. It tasted great but having barely warm broth and very cold pork ruined it for us.
