Excellent vibes and quick, informative staff. I had the paitan with crispy pork belly, which was absolutely delicious. I tried the fried Brussels sprouts, and they were just okay. Overall, an excellent place for dinner. Easy place for solo dining as well.
You didn’t actually visit Portland if you didn’t eat here. The people and atmosphere alone are incredible but I promise you the pork bun will absolutely change your life.. book it.

It was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Lobster buns (not shown), Paitan ramen, spicy Maine lobster sushi, and the Pork Katsuson. It was very tasty and was served in great portions. The lobster buns were our FAVORITE because of the buns!
