Great pizza! My husband and I tried Portland Pie on our last night while visiting and we were both pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the pizza. The dough was light and crunchy with the perfect amount of cheese. Highly recommend!

While staying at a nearby hotel, we ordered Portland Pie Co for pickup. It was ready within 20 minutes on a Friday night, which was great! The building and interior was very modern, and it smelled amazing inside!
We ordered to the chicken nachos and chicken broccoli alfredo for dinner, and loved both meals. You could taste the ingredients were fresh and made to order. Also, the portions are HUGE, and we felt the price was pretty competitive based on the quality and portion sizes! We'll be back on our next Portland trip!

Portland Pie Company puts out a great 20 oz. bag of white or wheat dough that is ideal for making pizza pie. My wife says it’s the easiest dough to work with and I figure she’s made over 1,900 pies for us, starting off with Goodhue’s dough years ago. Why rectangular and not round? It’s no problem for her. I tried forming it that way, it came out looking like the map of Albania. Available at Hannaford markets. Soo good.
Don’t forget the red pepper flakes and the honey, Yin and Yang.
My wife created another Masterpiece last night, this time, it was a BLT pizza.
Zap the bacon slices between paper towels. Spread cornmeal all over the pan. Lay the dough out, spread EVOO and thinly sliced tomatoes turning them to coat the other side, season and spread the cheese and crumble the bacon. Bake at 450 til the crust looks good. Remove and put dollops of the lettuce/ mayo (we prefer Miracle Whip), cut into slices and enjoy.

I love Portland Pie and this location js great. Staff are very friendly, the interior is inviting, and the food is great as always. Can't go wrong.
Just received a delivery order from GrubHub. I couldn't eat the calzone, too burnt for me. I can't believe they sent it like that.
