They have an order online button, but you haven’t been able to order online for over a year.
They then say “Since we’re not taking online orders, call in.”
Well, when you call, you get an auto-answer message that says “We are not taking call in orders”.
So, do you not want business? Or to make life easier for your customers? Obviously not.
I love the bagels, yes. But I love even more the fact that they donate bagels to Maine Meal Assistance. Thanks for giving back to the community!❤
After years of following on social media I was so excited today to try Rose Foods but I was greeted by the absolute nonsensical experience. Arriving with a open mind to covid restrictions- I was met with dismissive responses when I didn’t have my phone with me to “call in or order online.” I understand going cashless and not permitting crowds in a small space however, being essentially told I can patronize here because I either didn’t call it in or order online is confusing...read full review
