I placed a pick up order Saint John location this morning, upon picking it up the lady that took 2-3 minutes to even come out from the back told me she didn’t receive the order. I showed her the online order summary saying it was received/building. She continued to tell me there’s nothing on the screen so there’s no she can do and I’ll have to contact subway. I said well what can you do about it, it shows here it’s the correct store and paid etc. She then told me to get out of the store and not to come back. As we are yelling at eachother at this point. Instead of giving nice customer service and being like ā€œsomething must have went wrong somewhere and I can make the order for you right now.ā€ The lady was awful and HORRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend this location at all. You’ll get treated awful.

Unless I have a coupon, I don't eat here . I just can't see paying $17 for an average sandwich . It's not like they load the sandwich with meat and cheese it's actually skimpy.

Gave me yesterday's stale bread. You guys are supposed to bake and serve bread within 24 hours. Food prep areas were dirty. Totally our of green peppers. 1 employee on a lunch rush. Morning bread was burnt. This was at 1147am on 6/29/2024. And it seems everytime I've come here it's always something with this location.

I came in Wednesday May 22, 2024 @ 3pm, and I have to say EVERY staff member there may have been the nicest most genuinely kind people I have ever met. Literally brightened my day going in there. Pay those people good Subway!!! They deserve it

This is the second time I came to buy something and they are closed on weekends. At least they left a note on the door this time.

Google asks about Food, service and atmosphere. So I will cover those. The food is of good quality for one. They are very serious with their temperature checks. As far as service goes, there is a fine line between, a line to the door, so get what you want but keep it business so everyone can be served, and there's no customers, so get yourself something specific and please your taste buds to your utmost desire. This being said, when there's no line, I have a very specific no bread bowl I get. It goes like this.Bacon and steak toasted separately. Then toasted together with provolone. Set aside. The salad is a base of lettuce and green peppers, then red onions, spinach, and shredded cheese. After this is mixed I have the meats from before added on top as their own layer. This takes some time, and rather than being frustrated, the staff if anything loved the bowl and wanted to try it for themselves at some point. This itself made the whole "atmosphere" of the store feel very welcoming.I would also like to say separately as an employee, I've been taken care of to the highest degree and made to feel like part of a work family as they build better staff who are committed to the store.

FIX YOUR HOURS! I’m tired of wasting my time coming when you say you’re open but you’re closed.

Erick Splettstoesser

Come to find out they closed and the fact they can’t even be bothered to change their hours so someone doesn’t drive all the way over says a lot on the subject of management, it’s like they don’t even care, sad

Today I walked into subway on st John in Portland. There was a line with about 8 people consistently. With only one person working. She kept her composure under the stress as she was also doing online orders all at the same time with a line of people watching her. I did not catch her name but she is young and has red hair and glasses. She deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work grace and professionalism. She did not skip a beat. Give her a raise :)
