Today I walked into subway on st John in Portland. There was a line with about 8 people consistently. With only one person working. She kept her composure under the stress as she was also doing online orders all at the same time with a line of people watching her. I did not catch her name but she is young and has red hair and glasses. She deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work grace and professionalism. She did not skip a beat. Give her a raise :)

Employee messed up my online order then proceed to incorrectly make it again in front of me. Took him a third time to get it correct. Wasted an additional 10 minutes of my lunch break. I complained to corporate and all I got was a generic email about ensuring that they will train their employees. Not good enough, Isaac.

Is Subway was one of the best experience that had the food is phenomenal the people that work there were incredibly friendly the place was clean and very very happy one of my best experiences at Subway yet I recommend this place to all come.

Went in looking forward to eating a nice sandwich and picked my order up. Upon getting into my vehicle and heading somewhere to park and eat I took a bite and looked down to see a roach in my sandwich. I about threw up I was so DISGUSTED! I immediately went back and the gentleman that was there had locked up early so I knocked on the door and he came out and I said there's a roach in my sandwich! He proceeded to argue that it was an olive and I threw the sandwich on the counter and showed him the legs and antennas. He went mute and gave me my money back but failed to give me his name or the franchise owners number. I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY HAVE AN INFESTATION!

Sunday may 14th I called at 8:58 and the guy working denied me sauce I didn’t get at another subway. I asked for it to be pre packaged and set in a bag to be placed outside. I guess everyone is like me and likes to help people in distress. So -1 million stars to the guy who didn’t listen to my distress call and do something he could have in less than 3 seconds. I would have never if someone asked turned them away

I ordered pickup from this location. While I really appreciate that they take subway coupons (not many locations in the Portland area accept coupons), I was not quite happy with their delivery. I did not exactly get what I ordered and there were items that I did not order in my footlongs and very under seasoned. The patty & veggies were fresh, though. And I don’t get why most Subways have stopped public access to restrooms.

The food is fine. Don't expect quick service. There's always one person in the whole store and they seem to always be BRAND NEW. I don't mind waiting for food cause I understand employment is difficult for a lot of businesses, but it's gotten to a point where it makes you wonder why there's never a manager present? Like... You have a new person helping a line of people out the door all day and no manager? Bad business practice. I've also made mobile app orders here and not gotten my food or a refund because the person for some wild reason doesn't have my order on their side (they gave it to someone else) AND I didn't get my money back.I'm no Karen about things. I work food service myself. This place is very poorly run. Hardly worth spending money at if you don't have 30+ minutes to wait inside for your food to be made.
