Stacey needs to quit farting.
Cocktails were not our favorite. The jalapeño margarita was bitter didn’t taste good. Enjoyed the hummus good price point generous portion. Cozy lounge good music and plenty of seating available. Nice ambiance and excellent customer service.

I've always loved this spot. You can step out of the chaos of the old port and instantly feel calm.
With its beautiful dark woodwork and great menu selections.

Oof, this is the worst meal dollar for dollar that I can remember having. The second star is because we had an awesome server. We were super excited to try the three course menu for Maine Lobster week. Sadly every one of the three courses we tried was either underwhelming or inedible. Lobster Arancini: heavy, greasy with oil and over seasoned Lobster dip: came out with a huge oil slick on top, also over seasoned Lobster gnocchi: basically a plate of corn and leeks with a few pieces of lobster and a handful of gnocchi. We picked out the lobster and gnocchi and left the reset behind. Lobster roll: the lobster itself was fine, it was served on a ciabata bun, which in and of itself was fine, but after having so many other delicious rolls in Maine, this one was dissapointing. Lobster Whoopie Pies: these looked so cute! One bite and we both put them down. Cold, too firm, and gross tasting. Lobster Entreme: literally a pile of dry yellow cake and some sweet corn mush with some dry quinoa brittle that was so burned and bitter it was inedible. Truly someone tasted this dish and was proud enough of it to send it out to diners. Our server offered to bring us a different dessert when she saw that we hadn't eaten any of either dessert, but at this point we just wanted to leave. For $65 dollars per person, this was an expensive mistake for us to make.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told the Ameri lounge was closed. As I approached the door to enter with a sling on my arm, the gentleman from the hotel let the door go right in front of me after he let people in ahead of me. The desk attendant Said the lounge is not open. I replied that we had a reservation and he said can't help you. He said go across the street to our garden café. Maybe they can make a table for you. We did get a table at the café, but certainly was not the martini bar experience we were expecting on our Bachelorette weekend. The food was mediocre at best and one dish was on edible. They did refund for that dish, but probably the worst experience I have ever had in Portland Maine. I would never return to this property either for the restaurant, lounge, or hotel. The hotel staff was one of the rudest staffs I have ever encountered with. And I am not sure how a reservation can be taken online for a place that is not open. Nor did they have our name on the reservation list anywhere. I would never recommend this property to anyone!
My family took.me here for a birthday dinner. Some confusion about whether we reserved just for drinks or dinner. They couldn’t have handled it any better. Staff here is really just awesome. Great place for drinks and dinner for everyone.
I absolutely love this place! As a frequent visitor, I can confidently say that the staff here is consistently friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious, and the drinks are spot on every time. Whether I'm coming in for a casual meal or a special occasion, I always leave happy and satisfied. Highly recommend!
The Armory Lounge at the Portland Regency Hotel is a true gem. Cozy atmosphere, quality drinks, and good service. The martinis are excellent, one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning in the future, and highly recommend to anyone visiting Portland.
A quite spot with good food and excellent service. We go often on weekends to escape the crowds at other breakfast spots in the Old Port section of the city.

We didn't have any food. We just had a cocktail each. They were nice, that day the weather was good and the bar stayed open outdoors, not indoors, and the menu for drinks is slightly different then.
It is a very vibey spot!

Great cozy restaurant inside the Regency. Beautiful and relaxing setting, great staff and excellent fare. Nice quiet place when you want a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Portland. Great outdoor garden bar cafe in the summer, too! We love it!

The service was great, we had the same bartender / server both nights, drinks are great, food is great. The mushroom soup of the day was delicious as was the Cobb salad.
