Gelato Fiasco was one of our favorite dessert stops in Portland. The whole experience is incredibly easy and fun—they’ll let you sample whatever flavors you want, and when you’re ready, you can build your cup with as many different flavors as you’d like.
Everything we tried was delicious. The gelato is very light and smooth, so even after trying several flavors it never felt overly heavy or too sweet. There’s also enough variety that it’s easy to find something for everyone.
The staff was extremely friendly and patient while we sampled our way through the options, which made the experience even better.
Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Gelato Fiasco. If you’re looking for ice cream or gelato in Portland, this is easily one of the top spots in the city.

I loved his more & the cashier noticed & offered to swap out my ice cream for something I liked more which I really appreciated. Customer service here is wonderful and I honestly can't wait to come back and try more delicious flavors !! Everyone has to come here

Delicious! The mango and passion fruit as a combo is fantastic. The Italian banana pudding was delicious with chunks of Nilla wafers.
This is so far my favorite gelato in the east cost (never tried any on the west coast). They have an amazing quality and creative flavors. The team is always very helpful. Will fo back there doe sure and also wish all the best to Mitch.

Absolutely incredible gelato! Gelato Fiasco delivers authentic, bursting-with-flavor gelato with a rich, creamy texture, and the prices are very reasonable. There are so many flavors to choose from, and you can mix and match to create the perfect combination.
It was busy when we visited, but the line moved incredibly fast. Everything was delicious, and the whole experience was fantastic. We can't recommend Gelato Fiasco enough—an absolute must-visit when you're in Portland!
