The pimento cheese and carbs app was a hit (wife thought it was good, husband described it as “fire”). VIEUX CARRE (Michters Rye, Cognac, Cnia Mata, Benedictine, Angostura & Peychaud Bitters) cocktail was great. 5/5 stars, if we could give more we would. The bourbon was on point, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Speakeasy chill vibes, great end to a day. We enjoyed the bourbon flight and the incredible smash burger, it may have been the best smash burger I have ever had, paired with handout fries, you cant ask for anything better. You dont want to miss this spot if you enjoy good bourbon.
Excellent service(except when he disappeared for a bit?), he was super helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, definitely a hidden gem, especially for wiskey/bourbon afficiandos. They even had a really good house-made black Manhattan on DRAFT!
