We gave this place two tries...both times the Servers were friendly but input our order wrong and the food took nearly an hour both times, despite half the tables being empty. Food was luke warm, missing sides, and both times we had to request silverware after our food arrived.
Best selections of Wiskey and Bourbons in town. I had a great time and meet many people both local and from many other states. Stayed there from open time until close and really enjoyed the service and great selection of Whiskey. If your a Whiskey connoisseur, I highly recommend this place. Also, try out the Wiskey Fights they will get you there fast.
Cole and John were absolute standouts during our Portland trip—bartending multiple nights with unmatched energy, hospitality, and skill. The drink selection was top-tier, their recommendations spot on, and every pour and cocktail was crafted to perfection. These two made our visits unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back to The Independent Ice!
