First, the lobster is taken from it's water of origin within 24 hours of service. This is absolutely critical for a proper lobster boil. The corn on the cob was perfect. It is the right time of year for great local corn. Best for last, the staff! Preparation, execution, clean up, and professional. At the finish it was like they were not there... Amazing!
