Nice and clean, service was quick. Everyone was so nice, beautiful back deck on the water and a large indoor space. Dog friendly too!
We have been visiting Maine for the last 10 years and I always have at least one lobstah roll. The one I had at Porthole has to be the best! The aoli style sauce it is served with really sets it apart.
Small venue that from the outside you would think, do I really want to go here?
But it is a very good restaurant
Excellent Lobster tacos! Giant deck was nice but the way too loud dude playing guitar and singing tired 90’s alternative radio garbage was a wear out.

Probably the best warm lobster roll I've ever had...over filling with lobster.
Security does not do their job
Cool dive on the wharf. Sat outside and had live music. Lobster roll was excellent!

Great vibe. Good beer. Great service. Fish tacos were good but single flour shells/tortillas don’t work well fella apart immediately. Traditional double and corn don’t crumble fast. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

Great lobster and clam chowder along with a good selection of local craft beers and special cocktails. Outside dining area on the water. They had a guitarist and singer there.
