Tuna melt was a toasted tuna sandwich, ordered rye bread, received white bread. The person that delivered our food, was rude and just dropped our food. The waitress was kind, and fries were good.

ordered the hash breakfast, the hash was drenched in old tasting oil and asked for eggs over easy but they were well done. never got asked how my breakfast was since it was apparently not good after taking a couple bites and still a full plate and when asked if I would like a box and declined taking it should have been enough of a hint that it was inedible.

Must visit place if you are visiting. We sat outside. Live music. Great atmosphere by the water. We ate lobsters and had the best peanut butter pie

Great food right on the water in the wharf of course. Fast service even if on a tour. We got lobster and half dozen oysters delicious and quick with a beer wash it down. Loved it

We didn't have time to eat, but the lobster rolls looked massive! Prices were reasonable, prompt service, and lots of happy people.

What a happy accident on a recent trip. Bloody Mary’s were good and not too spicy. Great outside dining area to sit and enjoy the local atmosphere

Big disappointment. Have been going to Porthole for years but something has changed. Food quality has deteriorated…atmosphere is great but just not worth it anymore. Our last 3 visits someone in our party ended up sending back their food. Once I get, 3 times is a pattern.

I got a first hand tutorial from the bartender on how to eat a lobster and get the most meat out of it. The lobster was caught that morning so it can’t get any fresher than that.

Huge deck for outdoor seating. Some bar seating and a few tables inside. Quick bar service and lots of beers on tap.

Great deal on Lobster. 2 - 1.25 lb. Delicious lobsters for $44.00
The Chowder was good at $10.00 a cup. The service was good as well.
