I like the beer and đ„ back shot
Casual space with happy hour options. I enjoyed the winter espresso martini and egg nog on this trip. The small bites are worth ordering, even if you're not there for food; I enjoy the alpine flavors and vibes.

Iâve been here a few times and normally it has been a 5 star experience. We came in tonight and there was no one in the restaurant but the host said they were open and sat us down. After 15 minutes of sitting at the table without attention we left. I wouldnât recommend going under the new service. I hope they can figure it out and get it back to the normal experience

Based on all the accolades we have read over the years for the Portland Hunt & Alpine Club we finally got a chance to stop by before dinner at Bar Futo on a recent trip to Portland. I am not sure if the positive reviews found on sites like Imbibe and Punch reflect the current management, but our recent visit was underwhelming. Starting with indifference to the point of being unwelcoming while being seated, to the napkins thrown at us at the bar, to the warm oysters on salt with "mignonette"( straight vinegar) and the surprisingly limited and kind of random liquor selection, it felt like just another bar. If this place was not so highly recognized (two-time James Beard Award semi-finalists?) I would not bother leaving this review as it is acceptable as just another bar with bites, but I would not recommend it as someplace special.

Stopped in for a quick drink. The cocktail menu is inventive with plenty to choose from. Drinks were delicious. Staff was engaging and fun to talk to. Would definitely come back to try more.

Pure Espresso martini reviews - not real espresso. No coffee flavor, just pure sugar.... And flavoring. No beans, not real.
3/10 Would not recommend Espresso Martini. 8/10 would recommend Ordering a spicy pickle martini with grey goose.
Other drinks and food TBD.

Waitress swore at us and was very rude. Not the classy place I thought it was

Delicious drinks! Bartenders are knowledgeable and artfully craft fantastic drinks. If youâre looking for a unique drink, try the, âGreen Eyesâ. Itâs made with a unique liquor called, Chartreuse and is a blend of sweet and earthy flavors. The snapper hot dog and pretzel are great items to enjoy. Get the pimento cheese with your pretzel!

We wandered in here on a whim late on a Sunday night. How lucky we were to do so. The cocktails were 11/10 delicious and the bartender really knew their stuff.
