High recommended. Food was amazing, fresh. Service great, atmosphere great. Definitely my favorite sushi restaurant in Portland. I can’t wait to visit again

Stopped in for lunch and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. The service was on the slower side, though still polite and acceptable.

On the positive side, the sushi was definitely the highlight fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. It’s clear the kitchen knows what they’re doing.

The atmosphere was just okay, nothing particularly special but not unpleasant either. Overall, I’m a bit on the fence. The food was great, but the slower service and average vibe make it hard to say whether I’d go out of my way to return.

I wanted to try the food at this place, but—what a surprise!—it came with insects included, larvae and all. It was unpleasant and disgusting!

My waitress Janae was wonderful and very pleasant. I have no complaints with her at all. My complaints are with the food I received, i ordered some Pad Thai it reeked of cigarette smoke so Im not sure what that’s about but will never be eating here again.

Don’t write reviews often but had to here. Ordered a sizable order of takeout sushi. Dumplings were watery. The sushi and sashimi combo had multiple bone fragments in the fish and the tuna was definitely not fresh. Also found hair in the food. Will not be back.

We waited for two hours for food but were told the food didn’t even start cooking:( We had to leave to find other food at 9pm on a Friday. It was unfortunate.

Wondered why after a packed, nearby hockey game ended that there were few patrons. Found out why, it's terrible food. The Pad Thai was barely warm with hints of coldness. Appeared as if it had been made days ago and was not reheated properly. Had some strange ingredients as well. Waitress smartly never came by to ask how rhe food was.. she knew better....some other things were a mix of ok and equally miserable as the pad Thai chicken. Save yourself, stay away!

This was a terrible experience. We ordered sushi for a night in and first had the wrong order delivered and second had the worst sushi of our lives. The fish did not taste fresh and the rice was stale.

I was really disappointed with the food here. I ordered the Vegetable Miso Tofu Ramen and it was very bland. I also ordered edamame which wasn't fully cooked and tasted old. $28 later and I am still hungry. I was really looking forward to some hot ramen on a cold night and wanted to enjoy this meal, but I cannot recommend.

The food and drinks here are always amazing, I got the hibachi steak bento box and a salmon roll and it was delicious.

I asked for water and no waiters came to the table once the food came for 20 minutes. I almost died from thirst 😥
