One of the BEST BAKERY’s in Portland. Everytime I visit Maine it’s a must do stop and stock while I’m in town and th last stop re-stock to take items home just to tease and taunt the Airline passengers with Zu wonderful smelling Breads & pastries.
The wheat bread was outstanding. The crust had just the right amount of crunch and the crumb was perfect. We torn it into pieces and ate it in the car - that good. Coffee is excellent - drink it black. We also had the Irish scone - black currents were delicious.

Love love love candied orange brioche rolls sliced with cheese spread, cream cheese, butter, marmalade or apricot jam! Always find a parking spot but might have to walk a couple blocks! Well worth it!!
