“The donut was amazing! I did have to wait a few minutes before ordering. The employees also seemed to have some contention with how they spoke. But I came for a donut and I got exactly that, and it was delicious. Pretty empty as well so easy to get a table.“

“They often get my order wrong and I'm not quite sure how many times I have asked for a sandwhich to be cut in half only to have to go back up and ask them to do it. It happens often and it's ANNOYING, but....they do make it right and they are doing their best. The drive through gets long and they have orders coming in like crazy. I have waited over 25min for a drink and sandwhich. They need more staff and they probably should be paid more....I'm OK with a slightly more $$ coffee if it's made right the first time.“
“I've been going to the hub most days for lunch for the past few months. It took less than a week for most of the staff to learn my order and name. It's been a positive and welcoming atmosphere every time I've gone in. Couldn't ask for a better place to sit down and destress.“
