Love going to dunkin'. I always custom order my drinks (Butter Pecan Coolatta- don't forget whip cream!) and they never give me an issue even though its not on the menu. Very happy with their service and patience with customers.
They often get my order wrong and I'm not quite sure how many times I have asked for a sandwhich to be cut in half only to have to go back up and ask them to do it. It happens often and it's ANNOYING, but....they do make it right and they are doing their best. The drive through gets long and they have orders coming in like crazy. I have waited over 25min for a drink and sandwhich. They need more staff and they probably should be paid more....I'm OK with a slightly more $$ coffee...read full review
