Drive thru is fantastic! Wish Caribou had a drive thru, that will never happen sadly in it's current location..
It's gets three stars because I prefer their donuts otherwise it would get one. All the Dunkin donuts in Presque Isle and Houlton are horrendous. The wait time is ridiculous. Most people apparently use the drive through. Which backs up to a crazy level and if you go inside your wait is equally long. Just insane. They need a serious rework of how they fill their orders. I remember when it was 'time to make the donuts' and the change has not been good.
Very busy, and the staff were all working very hard.
