I don’t one star, but this place needs to be shut down. It’s so unbelievably dirty and always seems understaffed. I truly have never had one good experience here, and this is the last time I give it a shot.

They were taking mobile orders but the lobby was closed. Probably better business to turn off mobile orders if the lobby is closed. People aren’t making mobile orders so they can get there and wait in the drive through line.

Normally I’m a huge fan Dunkin, but the customer service here leaves something to be desired. Case in point - if the employee makes a mistake on an order, the customer shouldn’t be obligated to go through the drive thru again to rectify it. Make it right at the window. Everything else was good beyond this.

Would give a ZERO if possible ! We stopped in to use the restroom and get a fresh coffee , there were 3 or 4 people working but , they only looked at us , never taking our order . 1 of the workers , a young girl , had a visitor , apparently her cousin who was not supposed to be there ( I overheard another girl saying he wasn't allowed there , I believe his name was George ) so we stood several minutes waiting to order , listening to this man swearing and talking so loudly that we left . Will never go there again !

I go in once or twice a week for an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a happening hot coffee. The staff here is always polite and quick to get orders out.
