Horrible customer service. Never been treated so poorly in my life at a place I regularly spend money at. No accountability either just swearing at customers. Long Wait times as well.

Would give a ZERO if possible ! We stopped in to use the restroom and get a fresh coffee , there were 3 or 4 people working but , they only looked at us , never taking our order . 1 of the workers , a young girl , had a visitor , apparently her cousin who was not supposed to be there ( I overheard another girl saying he wasn't allowed there , I believe his name was George ) so we stood several minutes waiting to order , listening to this man swearing and talking so loudly that we left . Will never go there again !

Went to get breakfast this am and they tell me they're not serving food today! What? No food? Management what's going on? If u can't make food why even open? This happens to me all the time! Just shut down already...absolutely ridiculous! The one of 2 places to get food in Rockland and they're not serving food? ? I wonder what corporate is going to think?

I go in once or twice a week for an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a happening hot coffee. The staff here is always polite and quick to get orders out.

Sat in the drive thru for40 minutes. No exaggeration here. It would have been longer but I left the line as soon as I wasn't trapped between cars also waiting. I pulled in at 11:30 behind 4 cars. I left the drive thru when I was behind 1 AT 12:10. That means 3 cars in 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES. Never got food. Never got to talk to someone. Absolute joke. I could have sat amd eaten somewhere in that same amount of time. All that time with nothing to show. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO. there is another dunkin near thomaston. Anywhere but here. You have been warned ⚠️

Gave this location a few chances but it is really the worst Dunkin ever. Waited 30 mins in drive through and eventually left because we were still 4th in line. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

It was gonna be a long ride home so I stopped at Dunkin Donuts. This location is pretty small and it doesn’t have a whole bunch of tables. But I was able to get a frozen chocolate and it was very good. The service here is also pretty good.

Patrio Protection

If you can not find the people to run your business, one of 2 things should happen. Either the owners take a break from their vacation home and work the counters to SERVE customers or just close your doors! You have a drive thru that has not moved in 5 minutes and the lobby is closed, due to lack of employees. So before you make a call to the manager of this store and chew them for not getting things done, this is a direct failure of the owners.

If I could, this would be zero stars at 2:50 PM I went through the drive-through window. I was second in line at ordering, it took 40 minutes to get through the line. 30 of that was waiting for them to come and ask the car in front of me what they would like, they were getting pissed as well as all the people behind me honking the horn. This is ridiculous. This is a drive-through. Not expecting to wait 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee. When I got to the window there were two guys working and that is it, one of them can barely speak English, no apologies nothing other than there’s only two of us. ?

Empty restaurant. Girls just talking. Not even filling orders. I watched my ticket print when I put the mobile order in and nobody moved. I waited ten minutes then asked if they got my ticket, sitting there, on the printer. Shame.
