I've been in several times and found the people who work there to be very rude, unpleasant, and disorganized. I also think the bagels are underbaked and bland. It's a shame, it feels like it could be a lot better if someone cared even a little, and it's such a contrast with the good vibes and creative food at the Good Tern Co-op that it's affiliated with.

This place has some of the best bagels and cream cheese I've ever tried and is a must try if you are in the area. Employees are very helpful and friendly too. Definitely will be visiting several times while on vacation!
Their bagels are amazing and their sandwich options inventive. Try the spicy librarian! It can be a little tough to know when you Papandreou where you pick up your food... it's all wide open, but it's usually not too much of a hassle. Self serve coffee is good! Get some to go with your breakfast!
