I went with my Grandmother for her last meal before hospice. She is from Sicily so I thought this place would be perfect. We bought a couple items and they were fine. My Grandma honestly said she preferred the Tour of Italy at the Olive Garden. Anyway we got the bill and it was insane! We ended up not being able to check her in to hospice because she spent her medical bill money on a damn TAGLIATELLE ALLA BOLOGNESE (Yes I pasted that from the online menu cause I ain’t typing all that). Long story short I should’ve gone to Olive Garden so I could get unlimited breadsticks and my Nonna could pass in peace.

They are incredibly rude here. Even when completely empty they can’t seem to handle being kind. There are way better Italian places in the area than this one

After years of passing this place enroute elsewhere, a friend and I stopped for lunch. So glad we did! The service, food and atmosphere was exceptional! Highly recommend this dining experience.

I have been to this restaurant many times since it opened and have, in the past, recommended it to visitors as it used to be reliable, and would typically accommodate larger parties when other restaurants could not.
I went there for a special occasion in early November. The food was terrible - appetizers and entrees alike. We had to send the special entree back to be re-cooked because it was raw. It came back greasy, bland, and not anything close to the description. The food was overpriced and everything was really poorly prepared...even the veggies were mushy and smelled like poorly stored leftovers (i.e. on the verge of spoiling). I thought maybe it was an off night. I left a review as a follow up to the online reservation. The maitre d/manager offered to give me a $75 certificate to come back to the restaurant and "give them another chance" to "make it right". That certificate never came. I even sent an email to follow up and they never replied.

I'm very sad to say that what was once a reliable restaurant, one that I was happy to recommend to others, has become one of the last restaurants I'd recommend. They are inconsistent and do not follow through on their word. If a business does not respect their loyal customers, then they will lose customers and their reputation over time.

Good was wonderful. I got the Cannoli and it wasn't as described as the menu which was a little disappointing. The menu said, pistachios and chocolate chips but instead it was just pistachios and caramel drizzle. To sweet for my liking. But everything else was amazing.
