Outback Saloon is a casual and friendly restaurant, popular among both locals and tourists. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the menu features a mix of German and American dishes. The prime rib special is a popular choice, and the haddock and clam chowder also receive high praise. However, there have been some issues with burnt bread in sandwiches. The service is generally good, and the prices are reasonable. The haddock chowder is a standout, and the bakery next door offers delicious blueberry turnovers.
