“2 small coffees, 4 cream on the side. Simple, but just as important as any order. To this, I say such priority was truly visible. 3 employees talking casually as i enter early morning. One takes notice and gives me a good morning. As i tell him what i want, another listens in and starts preparing the coffees while im paying. The cashier also calls out to the third employee asking to bag up cream (bag up, not just give me 4 creams to juggle) by the time my card was back in my wallet, the coffees were ready. Waiting around really is for suckers, isnt it?“
“The ladies who work in the morning are great. They get to know you and your orders. Unfortunately, too many hands get involved lately. Too many items of my orders have been forgotten, and then you're unable to contact the store. The phone states no one is available could have an answering machine,“
“Per most of my visits the food was what you would expect coming from Duncan the lobby was clean and the supplies were full The bathroom was lovely The service always leaves something to be desired it's almost like they would throw the coffee at you if they could they don't see you it's like you're bother some throughout their day as a customer especially if you come into the lobby...“
