“It was a terribly rainy day so we stopped for some donuts and coffee. Jada was very friendly and patient with me while we figured out our order. The employees aren’t allowed to take tips and I think that should change but I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!“
“Beautiful store. Donuts were on display and clearly labeled. The drink was amazing and the staff were friendly, efficient, and quick.
Not sure how the store on the other end of town that has horrible service and no donuts in display has a better rating than this store but somehow it does.“
“Line all the way out the door, waited for a long time to see there's one person during the rush taking orders, making sandwiches and drinks plus cleaning the dining room. Even still she made my coffees and sandwiches perfect and had a good attitude. Should be two people here but she was killing it for what she was given. 5/30.“
“Regarding DD Alfred Rd across from Southern Maine Medical, parking small but adequate, they have a ton of business, but I always receive efficient service and when I get a donut that's supposed to be jelly that has no jelly. I have no problem getting in exchange even if it's later in the day.“
