“Line all the way out the door, waited for a long time to see there's one person during the rush taking orders, making sandwiches and drinks plus cleaning the dining room. Even still she made my coffees and sandwiches perfect and had a good attitude. Should be two people here but she was killing it for what she was given. 5/30.“
“Caitlin at the Spruce st BIDD location IS why we will always be Dunkin fans! We ordered a large to-go party order — and when I picked up it wasn’t entirely ready, so rather than making us late for our event - she DELIVERED it personally to our location front door with a smile and saved the day!!!! She has what it takes to be a great leader and I am hopeful mgmt recognizes this AND HER!!! Thank you 🙏 Caitlin!!! ☕ 🍩“
