“This is the most efficient ice cream shop I've ever been too. There were probably about a dozen employees or so who were quickly taking and making orders. There are several walk up windows with separate lines. They also have a well designed drive thru window which reminded me of a chic fil a drive thru. They had a very friendly employee walking outside with a tablet who went from car to car taking orders and payments as you were waiting in line, then you drive to the pickup window to get your order. It was very busy around 8:30pm when I went and the drive thru line was so fast despite several cars being in front of me. I ordered a large dugout sundae with oreo and coffee oreo ice cream. It was excellent and a reasonable price for the size of the portion. I will definitely be back the next time I'm craving ice cream.“

“Not often I leave a review but I absolutely love this place. The staff is so kind and the food never disappoints me. When I got my wisdom teeth removed, this place basically ensured that I ate a filling meal. Personally, this restaurant is my comfort spot and I look forward to always coming here. I normally get the pho and the spring rolls, and I've ordered it enough that the staff is starting to remember my order 😅“

“Drove down from Westbrook with the family not knowing how it was going to be, let me tell you that everything from just our iced coffee, flavored and plain all the way to our burritos, cookies and grilled cheese was absolutely amazing. Definitely will be visiting more often.“

“We visited the Roots Cafe last June. Everything was such a great memory. We are from Atlanta, GA and Roots Cafe is one of the best cafe’s we have ever visited. You won’t be disappointed.
