meh, felt like everyone was bummed about being there the operation hours seemed like more of a goal than anything else and overall it was really average at best with lack of effort and no real sense of anything that would make me feel like I would ever return for more the best thing is that it's perfectly forgettable for no reason whatsoever

Avoid this place!Bad serviceIncompetent employeesI placed an order for my family but had to wait 90 minutes for it to be made yes that's frustrating(was willing to let that slide) but it gets better folks just keep reading, the order was wrong and items were missing which makes it clear that they aren't capable of doing their job at all. Upon opening the Styrofoam containers The food smelled like rotted garbage left out in the sun? we threw it in the trash and we won't be ordering anything from this place ever.

casual dining if you want a variety of seafood burgers, or other American dishes and cold beer. i’ve always been satisfied here.

I travel to Maine every summer come to find out that original owners have sold. New owners had a fire. I’m hoping the new owners get everything up and running soon and I sure will miss the original owners.

My family of 3 all had seafood and spent 2 days throwing up and with severs cramps and diarrhea. Never had this issue under previous ownership. We won’t be back.

I guess the new owners don't know what they are doing. Tried to call in an order twice in the last week and they either don't pick up the phone, or the line is busy. Guess I'll go to Wendy's....

Went on opening day with new owner. Showed up around 6:45 (decent crowd, but not slammed) and did not get our food until 8:15. I understand it's opening day, but unless you have a line out the door, no one should have to wait a feature long film to get fried clams, scallops and fries. Menu was very blurry and hard to read. Food was good and about the same quality as the previous owner. PRO TIP...make your own tartar sauce, you're in Maine for pete sake.

We came here every week, but now that there is new owners, I will not go back. I stood outside at the outside food window for 15 minutes. When it was my turn she told me they don’t take food orders I needed to go inside. So I go inside, all the menus have been taken down. You must walk up and pick up a dirty paper menu ( bring your glasses. So I place my order for a seafood dinner ($40.00) plus tax and asked for 2 waters. 40 minutes later they drop a back on the table. They have no ice for drinks, it was 85 degrees in there, no napkins, no utensils, no plates. They used the cheap baby Maine shrimp on the plate, and it was greasy. I will never ever go back.

Beyond awful. Very disappointing quality of food. Sea food was so burnt you could not taste it and the onion rings were not even fried. No batter to them, just slivers of soggy onion. when contacted for refund was refused and turned away. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

It was 5 stars now down to 1. Re opened and the way they run it is horrible. We yaws to be able to order and sit. Now we wait.i. line ..no more menu..waited over 30 min and still not seated. Didn't seem like they had enough help..kitchen staff looked confused and some couldn't figure put where people's orders went to. Won't be back sorry to say ?

Has turned absolutely terrible. Food is tasteless. Majority of the staff barely wants to do their job. And the prices are insanely high for really poor quality. New ownership is failing.

I realize this place is under new management and all the help is new but service was not real good. Had to ask for butter for the baked potato and several times for lemon for our sea food dish. We got the Sea Food Trio and it had a small piece of Haddock but I am sure it was Cod ... 3 small Shrimp and 5 Scolops.... for $30. Out rageous!!!

New owners are trying! However, there were several issues. Mostly with staff not sure of their roles, food took a while. When we were leaving they run out of propane and had to close for the night. Leaving several customers without food. Granted they were taking names to makeup there mistake. Hopefully they will pull things together. Food was good, just need to organize.

Had breakfast here for the first time. It was delicious. The servers and host were very friendly. New head chef Melissa came out and greeted us after we complimented her dishes. She is very friendly and upbeat, we can't wait to try her breakfast specials.Parking: Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Great parking for handicapped and a walkway right to the front door.

Went for breakfast at 9:30 this morning. Didn't talk to our waitress for 10 minutes.Ordered our food and drinks, but didn't get the drinks till 10:08. Food came out at 10:20 with 3 meals missing. People were walking out all around us due to poor service and wait times for food. They comped one of the meals that didn't come back out till after everyone else had their food for close to 10 minutes.Pretty dang bad experience that hopefully they fix.The food itself wasn't bad.
