Prices skyrocketed by 30% this year....but quality and flavor stayed the same..bland food...average quality. Nothing worth the exuberant price. Way overrated reviews...middling food on a good day.
The pint of scallops were overpriced (they are Bay scallops not sea scallops) into the batter. That Didn’t even stick to the scallops. It literally dripped right off. It was disgusting no flavor on the batter at all at all. My husband had the quart of haddock which was a bit better but the fry on it was greasy and there’s no seasoning on the batter… add some salt and pepper that batter? Or at least come up with your original batter flavor? 58.00 gone on terrible...read full review
Everything's great!! Please bring back the lobster stew. I'm glad you brought back the stew. Just too much butter. Not enough milk or cream Had the lobster stew this week and it was excellent. Dont change a thing. Hadn't dined for 2 months now and 9/18/26 went back for more lobster stew and now it's back to too much butter and thick and spicy. It's the easiest thing to make. Just saute the lobster in butter then add milk. Is it really that hard? What i had was more like a bisk.

Ted's Fried Clams, under new ownership, is working to regain its footing after a fire. Despite some service issues, the food is good, and the new head chef is friendly and enthusiastic. The restaurant has a large parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. With some organization, Ted's Fried Clams is likely to return to its former glory.
